* Carlos Reyes, 40, of 20 Garden St., was arrested Feb. 13 and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor. Police said he was in possession of four small bags of cocaine. Reyes was released on $100 cash bail to appear in Amsterdam City Court on Feb. 26.

* Stephen Persse, 36, of 23 Union St., Fultonville, was arrested Feb. 14 on an outstanding bench warrant from Amsterdam City Court for failure to appear. He was held for arraignment.

* Daniel Gatto, 44, of 17 Thomas St., was arrested Feb. 14 on an outstanding bench warrant from Amsterdam City Court for failure to appear. He was held for arraignment.

* Jose Marquez, 47, of 51 Saratoga Ave., Broadalbin, was arrested Feb. 14 and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor. Police said he was in possession of heroin. Marquez was held for arraignment in Amsterdam City Court.

* Javier Miranda, 27, of 13 Glen Ave., was arrested Feb. 14 and charged with second-degree menacing, a class A misdemeanor, and second-degree harassment, a violation. Police said the charges stem from a Feb. 3 incident where Miranda threatened a victim with a kitchen knife. He was held for arraignment in Amsterdam City Court.

* Marco Smith, 43, of 11 Eagle St., was arrested Feb. 14 on an arrest warrant for the charge of second-degree criminal contempt, a class A misdemeanor. Police said the charge stems from a Feb. 8 incident where Smith violated a court-ordered Order of Protection. He was held for arraignment.

* Shane Scism, 38, of 16 Garden St., was arrested Feb. 14 and charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief, a class A misdemeanor, and second-degree harassment, a violation. Police said the charges stem from a domestic dispute. He was held for arraignment in Amsterdam City Court.

* Juan Lopez-Gonzalez, 46, of 310 Grand St., was arrested Feb. 15 and charged with second-degree criminal contempt, a class A misdemeanor. Police said the charge stems from an incident where Lopez-Gonzalez violated a court-ordered Order of Protection. He was held for arraignment in Amsterdam City Court.

* Brad Groves, 28, of 419 Union Mills Road, Broadalbin, was arrested Feb. 15 on an outstanding bench warrant from Amsterdam City Court for failure to appear. He was held for arraignment.

* Ashley Laporta, 25, of 52 Mergner Road, Fort Johnson, was arrested Feb. 15 on two outstanding bench warrants from Amsterdam City Court for failure to appear. She was held for arraignment.

* John Stedge, 33, of 27 Hamilton St., was arrested Feb. 15 on a parole violation warrant from New York State Parole. Stedge was also charged with resisting arrest, a class A misdemeanor. Police said Stedge struggled with officers. He was remanded to Montgomery County Jail.

* Daniel Tomlinson, 28, of 71 Bridge St., was arrested Feb. 16 and charged with second-degree criminal contempt, a misdemeanor, and second-degree harassment, violation. Police said the charges stem from a domestic incident where Tomlinson violated a court-ordered Order of Protection. He was released on an appearance ticket to appear in Amsterdam City Court at a later date.

* Luis Rosa, 20, of 11 Clayton St., was arrested Feb. 17 and charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a class A misdemeanor. Police said the charge stems from a vehicle stop on State Highway 5. Rosa was released on traffic tickets.

* Joshuah Ogden, 22, of 761 Lakeview Road, Broadalbin, was arrested Feb. 17 following a vehicle stop on Forest Avenue. He was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor; false personation, a class B misdemeanor; and second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor. He was held for arraignment in Amsterdam City Court.

* Three individuals were arrested following a vehicle stop on Church Street. Ashley Barkley, 28, of 344 Northline Road, Ballston Spa; April Walker, 30, of 57 Woodside Drive, Scotia; and Edward Perka, 29, of 13 Wendy Lane, were each arrested Feb. 18 and each charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. Police said Barkley was the operator of the vehicle, while Walker and Perka were passengers. All three were released on appearance tickets to appear in Amsterdam City Court on March 12.

* Leonard Feliciano, 32, of 74 Grove St., was arrested Feb. 18 and charged with third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance, a class B felony. Feliciano was arrested on an arrest warrant linked to last week's drug raid. He was held for arraignment in Amsterdam City Court.

* Walter Becker, 35, of 24 Vanderveer St., was arrested Feb. 18 on an outstanding bench warrant from Amsterdam City Court for failure to appear. He was held for arraignment.

* Christopher Ubrick, 36, of 130 Guy Park Ave., was arrested Feb. 19 following a vehicle stop on State Highway 5. He was charged with 0.08 or more blood alcohol content, driving while intoxicated, and aggravated driving while intoxicated, all misdemeanors. He was released on tickets to appear in Amsterdam City Court on Feb. 26.
