A man serving time at the Montgomery County Jail was arrested for allegedly writing a letter telling a person what he thought of him -- literally.

Samuel Martinez, 23, of 208 E. Main St., Amsterdam, was arrested on Oct. 22 and charged with second-degree aggravated harassment, a class A misdemeanor.

His arrest stemmed from an August case in which Martinez sent a letter to a victim written in feces.

The letter stated: "You are a piece of [expletive.]"

He was processed on the charges and returned to the Montgomery County Jail.
